1.The scraper body is made of highly wear-resistant polyurethane (PU) or special cemented carbide:
·Polyurethane features a Shore hardness of 45A–95A, combining the elasticity of rubber with the strength of plastic. It has a low friction coefficient and its wear resistance is up to 5 times that of ordinary rubber.
·The cemented carbide tungsten steel blade tip boasts a hardness of HRA90+, offering excellent impact resistance and wear resistance, with a service life of 1–3 years.
2.The support can be made of spray-coated carbon steel or stainless steel:
