Material & Process Introduction

1. Roller Shell Structure

The roller shell is manufactured from high-grade Q235 carbon steel, 45# carbon steel or stainless steel through precision welding. Every finished roller undergoes strict dynamic balance testing to ensure stable operation, low vibration and low noise under long-term heavy-duty working conditions.

2.The product provides a variety of high-performance rubber lagging materials to meet different working condition requirements:

·natural rubber with a hardness of 60–70 Shore A features high elasticity and excellent wear

resistance, suitable for conventional conveying scenarios such as mining, ports and electric power

·nitrile rubber with a hardness of 65–75 Shore A has excellent oil resistance, solvent resistance and aging resistance, suitable for petroleum, chemical, other industries

·polyurethane lagging with a hardness of 70–80 Shore A boasts ultra-high wear resistance and tear resistance, specially designed for heavy-duty conveying scenarios in metallurgy, coal, building materials and other fields

·ceramic composite rubber with a hardness of 75–85 Shore A has extreme wear resistance, self-cleaning property and high friction coefficient, which is perfectly suitable for highly abrasive harsh working conditions in mining, ports and other places.

3. Hot Vulcanized Rubber Lagging Process

4. Surface Pattern Design

A variety of surface patterns can be customized to meet different application requirements. The smooth surface is suitable for conveying dry and clean materials; herringbone groove patterns and diamond groove patterns can effectively increase friction and prevent slippage under wet and muddy working conditions.

5.Bearing Configuration

The shaft assembly is fitted with precision spherical roller bearings and self-aligning roller bearings. Spherical roller bearings can withstand high radial and axial loads, ensuring stable performance under heavy-duty conveying conditions; self-aligning roller bearings feature self-aligning properties to compensate for installation misalignment, reduce vibration, and extend the service life of conveyor belts and related components.
