Our History

• Baoding Ruileier Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. is located in the core area of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei — Baoding, Hebei. Since its establishment in 2019, it has been focusing on the research, development, production, and sales of conveying equipment, and is a senior domestic provider of complete conveyor system solutions. Focusing on the core field of conveyor equipment, the company's main products cover belt conveyors (flat conveyors, inclined conveyors, large-angle conveyors, telescopic conveyors, mobile lifting conveyors, etc.) and conveyor equipment accessories (such as idlers, drums, conveyor belts, and tensioning devices).The products are widely applicable to material transportation needs in industries such as mining, building materials, chemicals, grain, ports, and metallurgy. Over the years, the company has adhered to the development philosophy of 'technology as the foundation, quality as the core.' Starting from the early stage of processing single conveyor equipment, it has gradually developed into a comprehensive enterprise integrating independent research and development, customized production, and installation and commissioning.

By continuously optimizing the product structure and tackling technical challenges such as high wear resistance, large inclination angles, and long-distance conveying, the company has now established a product line of conveyor equipment with multiple series and full specifications. With stable performance and high cost-effectiveness, it has become a highly reputable conveyor equipment supplier in the industry.

Our Factory

The company has a modern production base covering an area of 8,000 square meters, located in the Baoding Industrial Park with convenient transportation and logistics. The factory is divided into an R&D center, core component processing workshop, final assembly workshop, inspection workshop, and storage center, enabling standardized operations throughout the entire process from raw material processing to finished product delivery.

The workshop is equipped with a professional production team of more than 42 people, including 17 technical backbones and engineers, who have extensive experience in the design and manufacturing of conveying equipment. We strictly implement the ISO quality management system, with multiple quality control points set at every stage from raw material procurement and production processes to finished product inspection, ensuring a product pass rate of over 99%.The factory upholds the concept of 'green production and efficient manufacturing,' continuously optimizing production processes to enhance capacity and delivery efficiency, meeting the batch orders and customized production needs of different customers.

Production Equipment

Our company is equipped with industry-leading full-process production and processing equipment as well as precision inspection systems, laying a solid foundation for the high-quality manufacturing of key components of conveying equipment. On the production side, we have automatic pressing machines, dual-head drilling machines for steel pipes, multiple automatic welding machines, high-precision pipe cutting machines, professional automatic lathe machines, drilling machines, electric welding machines, hydraulic presses, milling machines, lifting table milling machines, and other processing equipment. Combined with plasma cutting machines and laser cutting machines for precise material cutting, along with air compressors, metal band saws, drum welding equipment, round steel drilling machines, and other specialized equipment, we comprehensively cover the key processes of cutting, turning, milling, drilling, welding, and forming for components such as rollers and axles.

On the inspection side, we are equipped with multiple sets of precision measuring instruments such as outer diameter micrometers, vernier calipers, and universal angle gauges, as well as specialized test benches for roller rotation resistance, axial load, seal water immersion, and radial runout. In combination with professional testing instruments such as digital ultrasonic flaw detectors, three-phase power testers, hard-supported dynamic balancing machines, and digital noise meters, we strictly control every aspect from dimensional accuracy to performance reliability, ensuring that every product meets international quality standards.
