Rui Le'er ceramic lagged bend pulley feature evenly spaced bump rubber surfaces,which improve mud and water drainage performance and enhance pulley traction.They ensure stable operation in harsh environments and effectively reduce belt slippage.


Each ceramic rubber sheet is equipped with evenly spaced grooves,which allow foreign matters such as dust and mud on the snub pulley to be discharged along the grooves.This gives the snub pulley a unique self-cleaning function,making it particularly suitable for wet working environments.


The wear-resistant ceramics on the surface of the snub pulley deliver exceptional wear resistance,effectively reducing the wear rate of the pulley and greatly extending its service life.

Features of Ceramic Lagged Bend Pulley

1.Excellent wear resistance,greatly improved conveying efficiency.

The friction coefficient of the rubber surface is much higher than that of a smooth metal surface.After rubber lagging,the friction between the pulley and the belt increases significantly,which can effectively prevent belt slippage during operation and ensure conveying efficiency.


2.Excellent self-cleaning performance,no material adhesion,no material clogging.

The ceramic tiles on the pulley surface feature dense texture,high smoothness,low friction

coefficient,and excellent water and material repellency.

The continuous rotation of the pulley generates centrifugal force.Combined with groove structures,slightly adhered materials can be thrown off directly to achieve permanent self-cleaning.

With extremely high hardness,the ceramic layer prevents material adhesion,scaling and blockage caused by rubber surface aging during long-term operation.
