Pre-sales service: Professional sales consultants communicate one-on-one with technical engineers to provide personalized conveyor system solution design, equipment selection recommendations, and quotation services based on customers' application scenarios, material characteristics, and conveying requirements; free product samples, technical parameter manuals, and remote on-site survey services are provided.

During the production process: closely monitor the production progress and provide timely feedback to the customer on the order status; invite the customer for an on-site inspection before the equipment leaves the factory to ensure the product meets their requirements; provide professional installation and commissioning guidance, assist the customer with equipment installation, commissioning, and operator training, ensuring the equipment is quickly put into normal operation.After-sales service: Establish a 24-hour service hotline. Upon receiving customer inquiries or fault reports, respond within 1 hour and prioritize arranging technical personnel for remote guidance; provide replacement of parts during the product warranty period, and offer lifetime remote guidance and maintenance as well as parts at cost price after the warranty period; conduct regular customer follow-ups to understand the equipment's operating status, provide maintenance suggestions, and help customers improve equipment lifespan and operational efficiency.
